Our Purpose
Mission
We weave the physical world's scattered data into one living body of knowledge. And the people who build it together grow greater alongside the technology.
Vision
A world where trusted digital representations help people understand and shape the physical systems around them—and where technology expands the ability of people with different backgrounds and abilities to contribute, be respected and grow.
Core Values
The METOMOS Charter—what we will not lose, no matter how large we grow.
Secure in our own worth, we have nothing to prove at anyone else's expense. We look inward before we blame, and encourage rather than embarrass. That composure comes from within — from confidence and self-respect, not from outside. Gentle on the outside, firm within: that is who builds METOMOS.
We value most the honesty to name our own mistakes first. A small error surfaced early never becomes a large loss — and people who can turn a weakness into a strength this way are the ones who lead.
Attitude comes first and skills can be taught. We value honesty, determination and kindness, and consider performance together with character.
No one is treated carelessly because of title or age. We treat others first the way we want to be treated, and build respect and trust together.
We do not judge people. We empower everyone to evaluate their own goals and achievements. We trust every individual to demonstrate their abilities through responsibility, dedication, and integrity.
The problems keep changing, so we keep learning. When views collide, we choose understanding and resolution over winning.
We compete honestly and grow by raising the people around us. Secure in our own worth, we readily praise the worth of others.
Difficult problems are why we show up. We do not avoid complexity; we build the tools and discipline required to work through it.
We build technology without treating people as a means to it. Automation should expand human judgment, capability and dignity.
We treat the company, its knowledge and the environment we work in as responsibilities entrusted to us, to be carried forward beyond any one person.
The software lineage behind METOMOS began in 1991, when its founder started developing tools for recurring design, quantity and construction-data problems. That work expanded over three decades into software for connected 3D, quantity, cost, schedule and EVMS workflows.
METOM xD BIM is the name for this extended-dimension approach. It connects the information required for agreed stages of planning, design, construction and project controls while retaining its source and review context.
Today, METOMOS applies that domain experience through an Engineering Data Foundry: software-assisted production, explicit engineering context, deterministic calculation and Human Verification for defined project scopes.
Company Information
Our engineering software has been used on projects by major Korean construction firms and manufacturers, and developed alongside research partnerships with universities in Korea and the United States.
Specific organization references are shared privately, under confidentiality, with parties in active discussion.
Investor Relations
The investment case rests on reducing repeated engineering production and preserving project meaning across handoffs—not on an unsupported claim to replace every existing tool or professional.
Capacity to scale
METOMOS is intentionally lean at this stage. Its foundation was built by a small core team and a wider circle of contributors who understand the work deeply. When the next phase is funded, delivery capacity can expand through that existing context, with experienced contributors returning where appropriate and additional trained Metomers joining as projects require.
We do not count future capacity as today's headcount. We build the team when the work, funding and responsibilities are ready to support it.
Eight named software packages
2D design automation
Feasibility and preliminary cost
Finish quantity and logical 3D
Structural quantity
Bill of quantities and cost
Quantity-connected 3D review
Cost and schedule performance
Sequence and spend simulation
All eight are existing, functional engineering software programs that can be used today. Modernization focuses on their visual interface and graphics; project-specific integration and delivery scope are defined separately. They are distinct from the three future-development programs.
Evidence before scale
METOMOS is designed to reduce connected engineering production time by approximately 50–80%—equivalent to roughly 2–5× faster delivery than conventional sequential workflows—depending on project scope and input conditions.
A historical preliminary-estimate tolerance of ±5% is discussed only for documented deliveries with defined scope and inputs. Neither figure is presented as a universal guarantee; new customers should test both on a comparable benchmark.
Business progression
Now
Revenue begins with defined-scope BIM, quantity, cost and schedule deliverables supported by the software lineage and trained Metomers.
Extending
Proven workflows can expand into organisation-specific integrations, recurring review and project-data operations.
Future direction
The planned development order is Metom Schema for architectural planning and schematic design, then Metom Site for site and earthwork BIM, then Metom Persona, a digital twin environment for reviewing a building's full project information. All three are future software plans; delivery and availability will be confirmed as each is developed and validated.
