1. Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry through our Contact page or a private FAQ question (for a product demo, enterprise partnership, investor inquiry, licensing inquiry, technical review, or Metomer application), we collect the information you choose to provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• Role / how you identify yourself (optional)
• Message content

2. Visit Statistics

To understand how this website is used, we record a minimal entry for each page view. This is done with our own software — we do not use a third-party advertising or analytics network, and no tracking cookie is set. Each entry contains:

• The page viewed and the time of the visit
• The website you arrived from, if any
• Approximate location — country, city, region and postal code as reported by the network. Never a precise street address or GPS location.
• Device type, browser and operating system

Your IP address is not stored. It is converted into a one-way value using a key that changes every day, and only that value is kept — enough to avoid counting the same visitor twice on the same day, and nothing more. Because the key changes daily, records cannot be linked across days, and no entry can be traced back to an individual.

These statistics are used only to understand which pages are useful to visitors and how people find us. They are visible only to authorized METOMOS staff and are never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

3. How We Collect Information

Inquiry information is collected directly from you when you submit the Contact form or a private FAQ question on this website. Private FAQ questions are stored for internal review and are not published automatically. Visit statistics are recorded automatically as described in section 2. We do not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

4. Purpose of Processing

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it
• Schedule product demos or calls you request
• Evaluate partnership, licensing, or Metomer applications
• Maintain a record of business inquiries for internal follow-up

5. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies: one to manage access while the site is in a limited-access phase, and one to keep authorized METOMOS staff signed in to the internal admin area. Neither tracks browsing behavior. The visit statistics described in section 2 are recorded without any cookie at all. We use no marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated in advance.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate this website and respond to inquiries. These providers process limited data strictly to perform the function described:

• Google reCAPTCHA — to verify that a form submission is from a human and not automated software.
• Twilio — to send an internal SMS notification to our team when a new inquiry is submitted, so we can respond promptly.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for inquiry notifications and replies.

7. International Data Processing

Some of the third-party providers listed above may process data on servers located outside of Korea as part of providing their service. We select providers that maintain industry-standard data protection practices.

8. AI-Related Notice

This website describes METOMOS's AI-powered products, but the website itself does not use visitor-submitted personal data (such as contact form entries) to train or improve any AI model. Any AI product outputs referenced on this website are for informational purposes and are independently verified before use in real projects.

9. Retention Period

We retain inquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 11).

Visit statistics (Section 2) contain no personal identifier and are kept only as aggregate site-usage history. Because the value used to distinguish visitors is regenerated daily, older records cannot be connected to any individual or to each other.

10. Security Measures

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including access controls and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) — to protect the information you submit against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that data
• Request that we stop processing your data
• Withdraw any consent you previously gave

12. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If we become aware that we have inadvertently done so, we will delete it promptly.
